Oven Spiced Chicken

 Ok. At all times please remember that it is good to improvise. I've written the recipe in an open fashion. You really need to decide what tastes you want stronger or weaker. Be musical about it. Try different things.
Ingredients
2 Kg Chicken Pieces, any sort is fine... drumsticks are delicious
1/2 cup of Soya Sauce
1 cup of wine or sherry    any wine will do really.. I use whatever I have handy
2 to 8 cloves of garlic    it's really up to you
2 to 8 small red chillies
1 inch cube of ginger
1 tblsp of peanut oil    optional
1 teaspoon of Chinese 5 spice    optional

Method
All you need to do is throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 20 seconds. Then put the chicken in a baking dish, add the blended sauce and cook until done. This will depend on the size and quantity of the chicken. Drumsticks usually take a bit over an hour in a medium oven.
