Ingredients 2 to 6 Carrots 1 cup of plain flour I personally like wholemeal flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup of sugar brown sugar is my favourite 1 to 5 tblsp of oil however much you want 1/2 tsp of baking soda otherwise known as BiCarb soda 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 tin of crushed Pineapple A healthy serving of your favourite nut raw cashews are delicious
