Easy Bake Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 to 6 Carrots
1 cup of plain flour    I personally like wholemeal flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar   brown sugar is my favourite
1 to 5 tblsp of oil    however much you want
1/2 tsp of baking soda otherwise known as Bi­Carb soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tin of crushed Pineapple
A healthy serving of your favourite nut    raw cashews are delicious

Method
The great thing about this cake is that (as the name suggests)it is easy to make. No beating . No fuss. Grab a mixing bowl and combine all the dry ingredients the flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, but not the nuts unless you want to of course.
Quickly wisk the eggs with a fork and mix them and the oil with the dry ingredient.
Grate the carrots and add them and the pineapple to the rest of the mix. Finally add the nuts.
Grease a cake tin, pour cake mix in and bake at a moderate temperature for 45 to 60 minutes.
